Responsibilities

• Prepare job advertisements for posting using various media and platforms.
• Liaise with academic institutions, head hunters and external sources to ensure manpower supply.
• Employ multiple recruitment channels to increase applicant reach.
• Maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future needs.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers on job specs, interview schedules, and hiring decisions.
• Screen applications and ensure matching of qualifications to positions.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and provide feedback to requisitioning Heads.
• Administer assessments and prepare reports.
• Shortlist candidates and perform background checks.
• Prepare complete pre-employment documents and contracts.
