Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume hiring for business units, ensuring requisitions are fulfilled on time and delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager service.

You’ll partner with Sourcing and Onboarding, conduct behavioral interviews, screen candidates, and participate in field events across locations. This role emphasizes client management, process excellence, and opportunity to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in staffing/volume recruitment or account/project management.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Account management: align and strategize hiring requirements with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sourcing and onboarding to develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Provide updates and reports on hiring.
• Screen and assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Match candidates to the best role based on qualifications.
• Conduct and facilitate external events and field work at assigned locations.
