Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with various sourcing platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen applications based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for further assessment.
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on assigned vacancies.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and facilitate communication throughout the recruitment process.
