Job summary

MCI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to support US operations. You will manage high-volume recruitment for call center roles, source and screen candidates, and drive efficient hiring processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or call center recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment systems or ATS platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes for US call center and operational roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Conduct engaging telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and onboarding activities throughout the hiring process.
• Consistently achieve recruitment targets and meet required turnaround times.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing US hiring needs.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Keep recruitment records accurate and ensure recruitment trackers are consistently updated.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
