Job summary

MCI Careers in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Support to help manage high-volume hiring within a fast-paced BPO environment. This contract role supports the recruitment journey from sourcing to pre-employment checks while ensuring accurate records and timely communication with candidates.

Based in San Fernando, the position requires flexibility to work shifts aligned with business needs and offers exposure to ATS, Excel-based reporting, and recruitment administration

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Optional entry-level tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, trackers and reporting.
• Ability to manage recruitment administration while supporting pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles in BPO/call center.
• Coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate open days and other volume hiring initiatives.
• Support recruitment administration and maintain trackers and records.
• Maintain ATS candidate information and status updates.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening activities.
• Create and maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards using Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and organization of recruitment records.
• Manage multiple campaigns and requisitions toward hiring targets.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
