Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented US Benefits Specialist to join our offshore shared services center. You will oversee end-to-end administration of Total Rewards programs for US-based employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave management, ensuring compliance and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, focused on US benefits and leave management.
• Experience with US benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) and eligibility rules.
• Experience in data handling within HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of US employee benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and wellness initiatives.
• Process benefit lifecycle events: enrollments, life events, status changes, terminations, Open Enrollment.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, paid family leave, PTO, return-to-work).
• Serve as primary contact for benefits, leave, and compensation inquiries.
