US HR Benefits Specialist
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City – On‑Site, Night shift – Full‑Time.
The US HR Benefits Specialist supports the U.S.-based Leave Administration team by managing inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes related to employee leaves of absence. This non‑client‑facing role focuses on accurate case handling, exceptional service delivery, and strict adherence to privacy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and live chats from employees regarding leave status, documentation, and next steps.
- Manage emails and faxes, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and routing.
- Follow call scripts, templates, and response guides to maintain consistency.
- Document all interactions in the leave management system accurately and in real time.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional tone during every interaction.
- Upload, categorize, and verify leave‑related documentation.
- Review inbound forms for completeness and flag missing information.
- Update case notes, task completion status, and communication logs.
- Track deadlines and send reminders as required.
- Monitor shared department inboxes and fax queues, ensuring timely processing.
- Assign or flag cases for escalation to Leave Administrators or Supervisors.
- Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping per HIPAA and company standards.
- Enter employee, leave type, and eligibility data accurately.
- Update case statuses following standard operating procedures.
- Generate daily logs or activity summaries for reporting.
- Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Communicate trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
- Experience: 2+ years in a contact center or support environment; experience handling employee benefits or medical communications preferred.
- Experience with CRM, case management, or ticketing platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with contact center software (Zoom, Genesys, Zendesk, etc.).
