MicroSourcing International in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an HRIS Specialist - US Benefits for a hybrid night-shift team. You will support the U.S.-based Leave Administration group handling calls, emails, and documents with a focus on accurate case management and privacy compliance.

This non-client-facing role emphasizes meticulous data entry, workflow adherence, and collaboration within a virtual contact center to support FMLA, ADA, and employer-specific leave processes.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience in customer service, benefits administration, or medical documentation handling will be considered.
• 2+ years in a contact center or support environment required.
• Experience handling employee benefits, HR services, or medical-related communications strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and live chats from employees regarding leave status and documentation.
• Manage emails and faxes, routing to appropriate cases and ensuring prompt acknowledgment.
• Document interactions in the leave management system accurately and in real time.
• Maintain courteous, empathetic, and professional tone in every interaction.
• Update case notes and statuses following SOPs.
