MicroSourcing is seeking a Leave Administration Support Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City, for a hybrid, night shift setup. You will support the U.S.-based Leave Administration team by handling calls, chats, emails, and faxes related to employee leaves, while ensuring privacy and compliance.

The role focuses on accurate case handling, using a leave management system, and collaborating with HR and healthcare providers. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience in customer service, benefits administration, or medical documentation handling will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in a contact center or support environment.
• Prior experience handling employee benefits, HR services, or medical-related communications strongly preferred.
• Experience using CRM, case management, or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes related to employee leaves of absence.
• Assist employees, HR representatives, and healthcare providers with documentation and case updates.
• Maintain privacy and compliance; follow workflows for leave processes.
• Document interactions in the leave management system in real time.
• Track deadlines and escalate when needed.
