Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an HRIS Specialist - US Benefits in Ortigas, Pasig City. This hybrid, night-shift role supports the U.S. Leave Administration team with case handling, documentation, and privacy compliance.

Knowledge of HR benefits, CRM usage, and data entry is essential. You will manage calls, emails, and files, while upholding accuracy and confidentiality in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center or support environment.
• Experience handling employee benefits, HR services, or medical communications preferred.
• Experience using CRM, case management, or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and live chats from employees regarding leave status and requirements.
• Manage emails and faxes, route to appropriate cases, and maintain documentation.
• Follow scripts and templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Document interactions in the leave management system in real time.
• Upload and verify leave-related documents in the case management system.
• Update case notes and track deadlines for submissions.
