Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to manage employee benefits, leave programs, retirement, and compensation support. You will administer U.S. leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves), maintain records in HRIS, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate data.

You will create clear communications, training materials, and process documentation, while participating in audits, reporting, and process improvements to drive standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in benefits, leave, retirement, and/or compensation
• Hands-on experience administering U.S. leave programs, particularly FMLA, ADA, disability, and state leave
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits and HR processes
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience handling confidential employee information and PHI
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage employee transactions related to benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment
• Support U.S. leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, disability, paid leave, PTO, and return-to-work processes
• Serve as a key contact for employee, manager, vendor, and third-party administrator inquiries
• Maintain accurate benefits, HRIS, payroll, retirement, and leave records
• Perform audits, reconciliations, data validation, and reporting to ensure data accuracy
• Support ACA reporting, retirement plan audits, and non-discrimination testing
• Assist with compensation activities such as market pricing, salary recommendations, job evaluations, and FLSA review
• Create employee communications, training materials, and process documentation
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
