Viventis Search Asia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles. This full-night shift, onsite position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proven US client hiring experience.

The candidate will source, screen, and onboard candidates, coordinating interviews and offers while meeting SLAs and maintaining records. Night-shift alignment with US time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles.
• Proven experience in US client/account hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Partner with US clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and client-specific SLAs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and smooth recruitment delivery while working the full night shift aligned with US time zones.
