Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced US Recruitment Specialist to support our US-based clients, primarily in Hospitality and Tourism.

The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment with strong sourcing and candidate management skills, working with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter. The candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate management.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Handle multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Partner with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates while meeting KPIs.
