Talent Staffing and Recruiting is hiring a hands-on Recruitment Manager to run delivery and grow a team, reporting directly to the founder. You will own the open US job board, recruit full-cycle on priority roles, set and hold the quality bar for candidate submissions, hire and coach recruiters as the team grows, and report weekly to the founder on submittals, interviews, and placements.

• Report weekly to the founder on submittals, interviews, and placements

About you

• 4+ years of full-cycle US recruiting (agency/staffing preferred; healthcare is a big plus)

• Able to work a fixed US night shift (about 9 PM-6 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) with a reliable home setup (stable internet, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet)
