• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Partner with US clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and client-specific SLAs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and smooth recruitment delivery while working the full night shift aligned with US time zones.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles. The candidate must be comfortable working a full night shift aligned with US time zones and following the US holiday calendar.
