Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from opening to closing for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment. You will screen candidates by phone, coordinate with US teams, and maintain candidate records in an ATS to support staffing needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sourcing creativity, and adapting to client requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience in a primarily on-site setting in Pasay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of US recruiting experience required.
• Technical recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with MSP/VMS systems preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Internet-based sourcing tools.
• Understanding of Boolean search language and sourcing principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of candidate's application.
• Screen potential candidates via phone screens to assess interest, qualifications, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate with US counterparts to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
• Maintain and track candidate data in the ATS and related systems.
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews and facilitate interviews with clients.
