Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring an HR & Payroll Administrator to support the UK care services with payroll, employee lifecycle, and workforce compliance, ensuring accurate payments and regulatory adherence. This onsite role strengthens our UK payroll operations and HR administration within a dynamic multi-site environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HR or payroll experience, knowledge of UK payroll processes, and discretion handling confidential data.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR administration and/or payroll administration.
• Knowledge of UK payroll processes and employment legislation.
• Experience handling confidential employee and payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Manage absence, annual leave, and sickness reporting.
• Support recruitment and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with background checks and right-to-work verification.
• Respond to HR policy and benefits inquiries.
