Job summary

GetGround is hiring in Manila to own payroll and the full employee lifecycle for our growing team. You will manage semi-monthly payroll across two entities, ensure timely statutory filings, and field payroll queries with discretion and accuracy.

This hands-on role covers onboarding, records, leave administration, and end-of-employment processes, while coordinating with UK colleagues and external portals. You will uphold data privacy and drive a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Management.
• Three or more years running payroll in the Philippines end-to-end and unsupervised.
• Strong working knowledge of BIR withholding on compensation, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, with hands-on filing/remittance.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll computation for two cutoffs per month across two entities.
• Prepare payroll files for Metrobank MBOS and advise on crediting.
• Prepare and issue payslips and compute 13th month pay.
