Job summary

Medical Solutions Philippines is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to manage employee data in UKG and ADP, onboarding clinicians and internal staff, and supporting payroll, compliance, benefits, and performance management. You will respond to inquiries, perform data cleanup, and assist in HR system upgrades.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data handling, system documentation, and effective user support. This onsite role requires US-time scheduling alignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year US HRIS administration experience or 3+ years cumulative US HRIS experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US I-9 compliance required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with UKG and ADP systems preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Open to working on a U.S. time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as System Analyst for the HRIS and assist daily HRIS team operations.
• Onboard Clinicians and Internal new hires into UKG.
• Provide functional/technical support for HR modules including iCIMS, Onboarding Gateway, Payroll and Benefits Prime.
• Review, test, and implement HR system releases, upgrades, and patches.
• Support super users by researching HR system problems and proposing solutions.
• Advise on best practices for HRIS setup to support business processes.
• Perform data entry and routine audits and reporting.
