You will drive accurate end-to-end payroll processing for diverse clients, handle statutory payments, and ensure timely salary distributions while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance. You should bring 3–5 years of UK payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to build solid client relationships and navigate pension and HMRC-related

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UK payroll specialist/analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, and manual calculations.
• Excellent data handling with high-volume workloads.
• Clear communication and strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to maintain GDPR-aligned data security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll to meet deadlines.
• Handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPL, SAP).
• Manage BACS payment timelines for salary distributions.
• Build client relationships via phone and digital channels.
• Coordinate with HMRC and pension providers on queries.
• Ensure data compliance and GDPR alignment.
• Collaborate with team to improve workflows and payroll processes.
