Job summary

Emapta Philippines invites an HR Operations & Data Administrator - SAP SuccessFactors to strengthen UK HR administration and data integrity across our international client base. You will manage joiners, movers, leavers, and lifecycle updates in SAP SF while collaborating with UK-based and global stakeholders.

This full-time onsite role in Makati offers structured SLAs, reporting duties, and opportunities to drive process improvements and data governance in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UK HR Administration and data management experience.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors for HR admin, data maintenance and lifecycle updates.
• Strong knowledge of UK HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• High accuracy data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Strong communication with UK-based and international stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process UK joiner, mover, and leaver administration activities per SLAs.
• Prepare employment documents: contracts, offer letters, salary changes, promotions.
• Issue reference letters and employment verifications per policies.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.
• Administer probation reviews, contract changes, and status updates.
• Monitor HR inboxes and respond or escalate inquiries as needed.
• Store documentation per data privacy and retention rules.
• Support HR audits and compliance with accurate data.
