Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support UK payroll delivery from the Philippines. The role involves submitting payroll input to the provider, validating calculations, processing changes, and ensuring compliance with RTI and pension rules.

You will work with HR Operations, Finance and external providers to resolve payroll issues. Ideal candidates have prior payroll experience, UK payroll knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience is essential.
• UK payroll experience would be an advantage.
• English communication skills required.
• Degree or professional qualification in Payroll, Finance or Accounting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and submit payroll input to external provider.
• Review payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies before payroll approval.
• Process changes including hires, leavers, salary changes, absences, overtime, bonuses and other variable payments.
• Support statutory payroll activities including PAYE, National Insurance, pension contributions and RTI reporting.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with month-end, year-end and post-payroll activities.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder payroll queries clearly and within service levels.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Finance and external providers to resolve payroll issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits.
