Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support international airline customers from Ortigas Center in Pasig. You will handle flight inquiries, present ticketing options, and assist with service needs, ensuring accurate solutions for travelers.

Requirements include 1 year of BPO customer service experience, at least 6 months in airline ticketing/reservations, and strong English skills. GDS experience is a plus; flexibility for rotating shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of airline ticketing/reservations experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• GDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to airline passengers by assessing needs and recommending suitable options.
• Offer flight choices, service classes, and ancillary products to customers.
• Address inquiries on flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, irregularities, and general information.
• Assist with frequent flyer programs and Star Alliance related needs.
