Job summary

TDCX is hiring to deliver excellent service for partner brands. The role involves assisting passengers with flight options, service recommendations, and handling inquiries across flight arrangements and Star Alliance programs.

Qualifications

• College level
• At least 1 year customer service experience in a BPO supporting international customers
• At least 6 months experience in ticketing and reservations for an airline account
• Preferably with GDS experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts
• Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers by determining and recommending services meeting their needs
• Offer flight options, classes of service, products, and services to customers
• Answer inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, flight irregularities, and other general information
• Assist customers with frequent flyer programs and Star Alliance-related needs

What is your mission?

• You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers' needs.

• Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.

• Answer and assist customers' inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.

• Assist customers' requests and inquiries on frequent flyers' program and Star Alliance-related needs.

Who are we looking for?

• College level
