TDCX Philippines in Ortigas Center, Pasig City is seeking candidates for a customer service role focused on e-commerce inquiries. You will resolve routine issues, stay updated on product standards, and ensure timely responses.

The position requires good English communication and the ability to work in rotating shifts. Candidates with 1 year in a BPO or related field, or graduates with 6 months experience, are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• 1 year in a BPO or non-BPO setting preferred.
• 6 months in any industry acceptable for graduates.
• Chat support experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Amenable to rotating shifts and Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Mansioni

• Conducts preliminary investigations and resolves Level 1 e-commerce customer inquiries per SOPs.
• Remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators (order/logistics status).
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to supervisor following escalation procedures.
• Handle peak contact volumes during promotions.
• Complete and pass basic product trainings.
