Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an Outbound Travel Sales Assistant Manager for MOA Pasay onsite. You will lead Team Leaders and agents, coach for KPI attainment, and drive performance through data-driven strategies in a premium travel account.

The role requires 5–8 years in BPO sales, 2–3 years of leadership, and a willingness to work 100% onsite in Pasay during graveyard shifts, with travel & hospitality background considered a big plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of BPO sales experience
• 2 to 3 years managing Team Leaders / Assistant Manager level
• Strong background in outbound sales, team coaching, and driving KPIs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA Pasay - Graveyard shift
• Background in Travel & Hospitality (cruise lines / hotels) is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate Team Leaders and sales agents to hit and exceed outbound sales targets
• Drive overall sales performance through effective coaching and KPI management
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement winning sales strategies
• Create and present performance reports and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
