Gratitude Philippines is seeking an Outbound Travel Sales Assistant Manager for MOA Pasay onsite. You will lead Team Leaders and agents, coach for KPI attainment, and drive performance through data-driven strategies in a premium travel account.
The role requires 5–8 years in BPO sales, 2–3 years of leadership, and a willingness to work 100% onsite in Pasay during graveyard shifts, with travel & hospitality background considered a big plus.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of BPO sales experience
- 2 to 3 years managing Team Leaders / Assistant Manager level
- Strong background in outbound sales, team coaching, and driving KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA Pasay - Graveyard shift
- Background in Travel & Hospitality (cruise lines / hotels) is a big plus
