Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the Outbound Sales team for a Travel account. You will supervise Team Leads and agents, drive sales performance, and implement strategies to improve day-to-day operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in BPO sales, 2–3 years in leadership of leaders, and strong skills in coaching, communication, and presentations. Onsite at MOA with graveyard shifts and ASAP start are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BPO sales experience.
• 2–3 years of experience managing leaders (Sr. TL / Assistant Manager level).
• Expert in outbound sales, coaching, and driving sales metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Energetic and engaging personality required by client.
• Background in Travel and Hospitality (cruise lines / hotels) preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, graveyard shift, start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Outbound Sales team for a Travel account, guiding performance and targets.
• Manage Team Leads and agents, monitor metrics, and implement action plans.
• Drive objection handling, conversion strategies, and daily operations improvements.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure service level and client expectations are met.
