Job summary

Neksjob Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead sales operations for our Travel & Hospitality Program in MOA, Pasay. You will drive performance, develop strategies, and coach leaders to meet business targets in a demanding BPO environment.

The role requires strong outbound sales background, 5–8 years in BPO sales, and 2–3 years of leadership experience; on-site work in Pasay MOA is required. Competitive incentives and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of BPO Sales experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing leaders (Sr. Team Leads / Assistant Managers).
• Strong background in Outbound Sales.
• Strong sales strategy development and course correction skills.
• Preferably with Travel & Hospitality experience, especially Cruise Lines or Hotels.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay MOA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to improve overall results.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas requiring immediate course correction.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and other sales leaders to strengthen team performance.
• Analyze sales metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
