Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced BPO Sales Leader to drive inbound and outbound sales within a fast-paced call center in Manila. You will coach senior team leads, optimize client outcomes, and implement strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in BPO sales, 2–3 years managing leaders, and a strong background in outbound selling, metrics, and stakeholder management. Onsite role at TP MOA with travel possibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of BPO sales experience.
• 2–3 years managing leaders (Sr. Team Lead/Assistant Manager level).
• Strong background in outbound sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and develop high-performing teams.
• Solid knowledge of performance metrics, coaching, and action planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to travel and hospitality sectors, including cruise lines or hotels.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Willing to work onsite at TP MOA.

Responsibilities

• Telesales work in a call center environment focusing on inbound customer service tasks (logging requests, activating accounts, scheduling service appointments).
• Respond to customer-initiated calls to activate a service, request changes, schedule installations or repairs, or resolve product/service or billing issues.
• Sell targeted products/services during customer interactions.
• Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads for cross/up-sell and new business.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced professionals, providing expertise and ensuring quality end-products.
• Lead and implement short-term activities within the team to improve day-to-day processes.
