Neksjob Philippines is hiring an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead sales operations for our Travel & Hospitality Program in MOA, Pasay. You will drive performance, develop strategies, coach leaders, and implement course corrections to hit targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in BPO sales with 2–3 years in leadership, a strong outbound sales background, and proven ability to raise results. Travel & hospitality experience, especially with cruise lines or hotels, is a plus; onsite work

• Strong background in outbound sales.

• Willing to work onsite in Pasay MOA.

URGENT HIRING: OUTBOUND SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Join our team as an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager and lead sales operations for our Travel & Hospitality Program in MOA, Pasay. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective strategies, coaching leaders, and implementing course corrections to achieve business targets. We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong BPO background and proven success in outbound sales.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to improve overall results.

Monitor sales performance and identify areas requiring immediate course correction.

Coach and develop Team Leaders and other sales leaders to strengthen team performance.

Analyze sales metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.

Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5–8 years of BPO Sales experience
