Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of BPO sales experience.
• At least 2-3 years of managing leaders (Sr. Team Lead/Assistant Manager).
• Strong background in outbound sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Proven experience in driving sales performance and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to start immediately and work onsite at TP MOA.

Responsibilities

• Handle telesales (inbound/outbound) in a call center setting.
• Sell targeted products/services during customer-initiated interactions.
• Initiate outbound calls to leads and improve conversion.
• Supervise and coach junior staff to improve day-to-day activities.
• Manage short-term team activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategy adjustments.
