Responsibilities

• Audit newly booked trips to ensure correct booking of components.
• Maintain organized confirmations and trip details in one place.
• Verify dates, flights, hotels, and transfers align.
• Handle dining reservations and concierge requests.
• Prepare and finalize client travel documents in Travefy.
• Update reservation details in VacationCRM.
• Review supplier confirmations and flag discrepancies.
• Follow up on open items before departure.
• Support advisers with behind-the-scenes reservation management.
