Work alongside us as a Travel Concierge VA who handles the behind-the-scenes details of our clients’ trips once they’re booked. You’ll audit reservations, keep every confirmation and date organized, and make sure travel documents are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit newly booked trips to confirm every component is booked correctly

• Keep confirmation numbers and trip details organized in one place

• Check that dates, flights, hotels, and transfers all line up

• Look after dining reservations and other concierge-style requests

• Build and finalize client travel documents in Travefy

• Update and maintain reservation details in VacationCRM

• Review supplier confirmations and flag discrepancies or changes

• Follow up on open items so nothing slips before departure

• Support our advisors with behind-the-scenes reservation management

Mandatory Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of double-checking
