Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales management experience, preferably in call centers or BPOs supporting travel/hospitality accounts.
• Strong data analysis, team motivation, and CRM proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance of outbound sales supervisors and coach them regularly.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns, including cold-calling and lead generation for travel/hospitality offers.
• Analyze performance data and present updates to internal stakeholders and client partners.
• Monitor calls for quality and ensure compliance with travel industry regulations while refining scripts.
