Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales supervisors within our TP environment, driving customer acquisition, upselling, and retention for a travel and hospitality client.

You will coach daily, analyze KPIs, implement campaigns, and report to stakeholders while ensuring quality and compliance with travel industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales management, ideally within a call center or BPO setting supporting travel/hospitality accounts.
• Strong data analysis, team motivation, and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in outbound sales management, ideally within a call center or BPO setting supporting travel/hospitality accounts.
• Skills: Strong data analysis, team motivation, and deep familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

For this sales campaign, we are looking for Assistant Center Manager (ACCM) level coaches who are energetic, capable of driving performance, dynamic in building strategies, and proactive with course corrections.

We prefer candidates from the travel and hospitality industry, specifically those with backgrounds in cruise lines or hotels, who have a proven track record of driving sales.
