Job summary

TP is seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Leader to guide a high-performing sales organization serving a premier cruise line brand. You will lead multiple outbound teams, shape customer acquisition strategy, and ensure superior client experiences that meet global standards.

You will coach, develop leaders, and optimize performance across KPIs, contributing to sustained revenue growth and operational excellence in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Sales Operations experience in a BPO environment.
• 3–5 years in leadership managing large outbound sales teams.
• Proven success with high-volume outbound campaigns and aggressive targets.
• Experience supporting travel, hospitality, cruise line, retail, telecom, or similar programs.
• Track record of exceeding KPIs and client expectations.
• Experience managing multiple Team Leaders and large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multiple outbound sales teams to exceed targets.
• Drive performance through planning, coaching, and accountability.
• Analyze metrics, conversion rates, and KPIs for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, WFM, and Client Services for excellence.
• Develop strategies to maximize acquisition, upselling, and revenue.
• Conduct business reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
• Monitor pipeline and lead management across teams.
• Identify trends and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead initiatives for efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
