Qualifications

• 3-4 years of leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Experience in BPO/contact center outbound sales.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Reps to meet targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce on improvements.
