Job summary

Teleperformance in Pasay City, Metro Manila, seeks an Outbound Sales Coach (Assistant Manager) to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coaching, implementing strategies, and ensuring targets are met.

You will work closely with Operations, Training, and Quality to drive productivity, coaching sessions, call audits, and performance reviews, while upholding customer experience standards and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years leadership experience in Sales, Outbound Sales, Coaching, Training, or Operations.
• Experience managing leaders and driving sales performance in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce teams to execute performance improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Facilitate sales workshops and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and customer experience standards.
• Serve as a champion for employee engagement, recognition, and career development.
