Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a BPO environment.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing large outbound sales teams.
• Proven success managing high-volume outbound sales campaigns and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Strong experience supporting travel, hospitality, cruise line or similar sales-driven programs.
• Track record of exceeding sales KPIs, conversion goals, and client expectations.
• Experience managing multiple Team Leaders and large-scale sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire multiple outbound sales teams to exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Drive sales performance through strategic planning, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, Workforce Management, and Client Services teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize customer acquisition, upselling, and revenue generation.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with internal and client stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor pipeline performance and ensure effective lead management across all teams.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales process and implement corrective actions.
