• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
• Partner closely with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce teams to execute performance improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
