Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Leader (Manager) to guide an outbound sales account within a BPO/contact center, onsite at MOA. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and campaign optimization. Expect a shifting schedule starting from 11:00 PM with ASAP joining.

The ideal candidate has prior OM/SOM experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in outbound telesales and sales operations within a contact center.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM)
• Experience managing an Outbound Sales account in a BPO/contact center
• Strong coaching, mentoring, people-management, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work onsite at MOA with a shifting schedule starting from 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an outbound sales team in a BPO/contact center environment.
• Drive sales performance, revenue, productivity, and achievement of business targets.
• Manage outbound campaigns focused on cross-selling, upselling, and new customer acquisition.
• Monitor team performance, sales metrics, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve sales performance.
• Develop and implement short- to medium-term operational strategies and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Take ownership of complex operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage employee performance and support the full employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Support limited inbound customer service activities when required.
