Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is urgently hiring an Outbound Sales Leader/Manager to guide a sales-focused BPO team at MOA, onsite with a shifting schedule including 11 PM. The role centers on driving sales performance, mentoring staff, and implementing operational strategies to meet targets.

Start date is ASAP. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in OM/SOM roles within outbound sales in a contact center, strong leadership and process knowledge, and willingness to work onsite in MOA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM).
• Experience managing an Outbound Sales account in a BPO/contact center environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management experience.
• Experience driving sales performance and operational results.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and sales processes.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 11 PM onwards.
