Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager (Travel Operations) based in Makati to lead day-to-day travel operations, including reservations, ticketing, and high-priority bookings. The role centers on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and coordinated work with airlines and partners.

Responsibilities include guiding the operations team, managing VIP and corporate travel, and driving process improvements to deliver seamless service and strong performance metrics for demanding clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
Strong experience in travel agency operations, ticketing and reservations.
Knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or similar tools.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Experience handling VIP or corporate travel accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily travel operations including reservations, ticketing, and booking management.
Handle complex and VIP travel arrangements including high-priority and executive bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines and travel partners.
Lead and manage operations teams to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
Monitor operational performance, service levels, and key metrics.
Resolve escalations, operational issues, and client concerns.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
