Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, and reservations.
• Knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience handling VIP or corporate travel accounts is an advantage.
