Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager (Travel Operations) based in Makati to lead day-to-day travel operations, including reservations, ticketing, and high-priority bookings. The role centers on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and coordinated work with airlines and partners.

Responsibilities include guiding the operations team, managing VIP and corporate travel, and driving process improvements to deliver seamless service and strong performance metrics for demanding clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Strong experience in travel agency operations, ticketing and reservations.
• Knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or similar tools.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience handling VIP or corporate travel accounts is an advantage.
