Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations, ensuring reservations, ticketing, and bookings run smoothly. You will lead a team and coordinate with airlines and partners to meet high-level client requirements, including VIP travel.

You will drive service excellence by monitoring performance, addressing escalations, and implementing process improvements across internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, and reservations.
Leadership and people management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Experience handling VIP or corporate travel accounts a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily travel operations including reservations, ticketing, and booking management.
Handle complex and VIP travel arrangements including high-priority and executive bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines and travel partners.
Lead and manage operations teams to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
Monitor operational performance, service levels, and key metrics.
Resolve escalations, operational issues, and client concerns.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
