Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Transition Tools and Reporting Senior Manager to lead outsourced services within our Managed Services practice. You will drive operational excellence, streamline transitions, and oversee delivery teams while focusing on continuous improvement and automation to achieve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Subject Matter Advisor for Managed Services focused on AI, automation, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and user adoption.
• Deep expertise in AI and digital tools (AI agents/models, Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, GitHub) to drive innovation and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance client efficiency.

As a Transition Tools and Reporting Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing outsourced solutions within our Managed Services practice. Your role will involve streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency for our clients by overseeing key processes and functions. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Act as a Subject Matter Advisor, providing leadership, guidance, best practices, and training across Managed Services delivery, with a focus on AI, automation, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and user adoption.
• Leverage deep expertise in AI and digital tools, including AI agents/models, Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and other automation technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across diverse technology landscapes (ERP, custom applications, infrastructure, cloud, testing, and data analytics), applying technical project management, architecture and design principles, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, AI-led automation, and transition/network connectivity solutions.
