PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Transition Tools & Reporting Manager and Manager to lead outsourced service transitions and client accounts across our Advisory practice. You will shape delivery models, mentor staff, and drive performance while maintaining high standards of integrity and client service.

You will oversee multi-discipline teams, implement process improvements, and develop automation to streamline operations.

Qualifications

As a Transition Tools & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. You will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by overseeing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering exceptional services to clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
