Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Transition Tools and Reporting Senior Manager to lead outsourced services within our Managed Services practice. You will drive operational excellence, streamline transitions, and oversee delivery teams while focusing on continuous improvement and automation to achieve client outcomes.

In this senior role, you will coach and empower diverse teams, apply systems thinking, validate results with clients, and craft clear messages for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Subject Matter Advisor for Managed Services focused on AI, automation, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and user adoption.
• Deep expertise in AI and digital tools (AI agents/models, Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, GitHub) to drive innovation and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance client efficiency.
• Manage delivery teams and oversee program performance to mitigate delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize managed services processes, tools, and services.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for process optimization.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to stakeholders.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to refine service delivery.
• Direct teams through complex situations with strategic problem-solving.
• Develop automation frameworks to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
• Utilize project management to plan and execute deliverables effectively.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration in service management initiatives.
